1930 Distressed Double Wedding Ring Hoodie
This cropped hoodie is made from a 1930s double wedding ring quilt—a pattern steeped in sentiment, often gifted as a symbol of lasting love and new beginnings. Each interlocking arc was hand-pieced from feedsack and flour sack prints, stitched together by someone who took the time to make something both practical and deeply beautiful.
The quilt is entirely hand-quilted, with visible, delicate stitches tracing the curves of the rings. We’ve preserved the integrity of the original patchwork while shaping it into a modern, wearable silhouette: cropped at the waist, relaxed through the body, and finished with a generous hood.
The soft aging of the cottons tells a story only time can write. You’re not just wearing a hoodie—you’re wearing history.
