Quilted Coutures ships worldwide via Canada Post and every order includes insurance up to $100. If you prefer a different carrier or wish additional insurance, please contact Quilted Coutures via email before placing your order. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Quilted Coutures is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once the package has been scanned by the carrier, it is no longer under the responsibility of Quilted Coutures. For any issues, questions, or concerns about your package while in transit, please contact Canada Post or your local shipping authority directly.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties associated with their order.
